The book is finally ready and I am looking for your help.

Join a select group of reviewers of the book and at the same time be recognised for your knowledge.

While the book is written by Edward Nugent, there are several others who contributed by providing their input on the industry specific chapters and are recognised for their contribution. The industry specific chapters will be released online for all book owners to read and best of all we will be releasing new chapters online as this is a living and fast moving subject area.

Your help is requested

I am looking for many people to review the reviewers edition of the book and provide their feedback and insight. In return you will receive a credit for doing so and a free copy of the book when it is published.

The aim is to have a book that is as valuable as possible to its readers, both contributors and reviewers will help to achieve this goal. The editor has now done her work and the book has been sent to the printers to print a small batch of books for reviewers.

The book is all about the changing nature of how customers buy and how businesses need to adapt as well as how they can use digital as part of their business design. The theme is how to understand your Customer Journey today and use it to define your business in the new digital world. There will also be a resource area and new chapters will be released on a monthly basis.

The book is written for business owners, directors and advisors who want to grow their business. It covers the basics on why people buy, why they don’t, and how the Customer Journey contributes to business profits. All of this in the context on how digital can be used as a tool for growth.
